Good Gut Starter is the basic introduction and is designed to familiarise you with the  idea that your diet can be a powerful tool in the remediation of problems like IBS, brain fog and much more. Knowing what we do about how certain types of foods, particularly those containing sugars and carbohydrates can compromise the healthy balance of your microbiota, we have created a four-week introductory Good Gut Starter Meal Plan to safely assess the effects of dietary changes upon your system.

That is the whole point! By making the change, you can better understand how the benefits are achieved. And, if you don’t feel any better at the end of your four-week program, we’d like to know about it, as there may be something else causing your dysbiosis. 

Gut Brain Science also uses the Bristol Stool Chart as a guide to your general gut health. Describe the shapes and types of stools (poo), it is widely used as a research tool to evaluate the effectiveness of treatments for various diseases of the bowel and to diagnose constipation, diarrhoea and irritable bowel syndrome.
