Gut Wellness One: the GP-assisted treatment program

Gut Brain Science

You can choose to start Gut Wellness One right away, or work up to it with the Good Gut Starter Meal Plan. If, after four weeks on the Good Gut Starter, you believe you are not improving, the next step to wellness involves your General Practitioner, in a complementary program of stool testing, blood testing, compounded antibiotics or herbs targeting non-beneficial profusions of microbial species, dietary protocols and nutritional supplements for recovery.

It is helpful to let your GP or Health Professional know that they can choose to enrol in the Gut Health Science lecture series —  a not-for-profit educational facility — so they can fully appreciate the decades of specific science behind the program, and the evidence base that supports it. Your GP or Health Professional can then monitor your progress with a deeper understanding of the clinical applications and physical reactions that occur throughout the process.

Gut Wellness One is involves a microbiome test, to establish the broad counts of different bacteria in your gut, and to determine the combinations of food to be included in your diet. There is also the addition of Gut Brain Supplements to support your metabolism, delivered along with your personally compounded antibiotics that will help reset the balance in your gut.
