You can begin Gut Wellness One immediately or build up to it with the Good Gut Starter Meal Plan. If you do not improve after four weeks, the next step involves working with your GP through a complementary program of testing, targeted antibiotics or herbs, dietary protocols and supplements. Your GP can also enrol in the Gut Health Science lecture series to better understand the science behind the program.
