Migraines have improved for the first time in 35 years (although I sold the farm because of it). And my gut feels better.
Your body is 57% bacteria.

Trust your gut. Listen to your inner compass. Rely on gut instinct. What’s your gut reaction? All of these common phrases refer to what we have come to think of as a ‘second brain’ in the gut. And there is truth in that. But the real truth goes much deeper, to the microbial level. What’s more, the idea of a ‘gut brain’ is far more complex than an ‘aware biome’ of gut bacteria. The interaction of our cerebral brains with our gut ecosystems has many more far-reaching consequences than once thought. (And we now know that 57% of our body's cells are bacteria, archaea, fungi and viruses.) The doctors and scientists involved with Gut Brain Science have been exploring this hitherto undiscovered netherworld for several decades. In that time, through an evolving, evidence-based wellness program, many patients whose conditions had failed to improved through other means found relief, release, recovery and rejuvenation.
What Gut Brain Science has discovered may surprise not only you, but much of the medical and scientific community as well. Join us on a journey to the centre of your self.

In a world where ‘the consumer’ is bombarded daily with ‘the latest miracle’ in the form of a drug, a pill, a diet, and hundreds of other singular remedies based on disconnected scientific discoveries, observations, the recommendations of influencers or even folklore, there is a different approach that has proven results.
In contrast to over-simplified solutions, the Gut Brain Science approach is based on personalised Systems Medicine — looking at an individual’s condition and responding to it knowing what we do about the ‘pushmepullyou’ operations that take place within our human bodies, with every heartbeat.
It’s not perfect, but neither is any type of medical program. It is emerging, evolving, and most of all, effective.
And now, it’s available to you.
3 months on the program and it's unbelievable! I'm happy with my weight loss, my skin is clearer and the bloating's gone.
I tried all sorts of things for the itching. Dropped meds with my GP, tried creams. After the program, no more rashes!

You don’t have to get nerdy on the science to get back to health, but the Gut Brain Science approach is significant enough to attract the attention of many academics and clinical practitioners who, it is hoped, will help us take it further
It is the bridge between clinical application of the science of gut health — built upon the work of the Rome Foundation — and gut-brain-interaction-based treatment programs.
Why? The gut-brain axis is responsive to what we eat, how we sleep, how we live our life, what stresses we deal with — and how we deal with them — how we interact with life events, the context of our living, our genetic and other vulnerabilities.
The interaction of these factors can progressively increase metabolic, physiological and other disturbances that can eventually manifest in a wide range of mental and physical health problems. This indicates that a gut-brain-axis dysfunction is a marker for an underlying problem — and that intervening at this level can be expected to achieve better outcomes than exclusively chasing symptoms.
The aim is to achieve a sustainable recovery and improved wellbeing, with specific and overall psychological, physiological and functional improvements — poo better, feel better, think better, be better.

I’d like to do a Gut Wellness Program.

There are currently two Gut Brain Science treatment options, with more in development. The first is a simple Meal Plan that helps you eliminate the foods that create 'toxins' in your gut — Good Gut Starter — and the second is a GP-assisted program involving blood and stool tests, antibiotics or herbs, and a regulated Meal Plan approach — Gut Wellness One.
